1. Be patient. Turnaround times are usually 2 weeks, because I have a full-time job. I’ll be sending W.I.P.s to keep you updated and I’ll let you know ahead of time if it will take longer than expected. You can also see updates in my Trello from the link in my bio. If you want your commission done sooner, as in a few hours or a couple days; a fee of $4 is required.

2. Order of commissions is first come first serve. Those who have their references ready and what they want in mind will be worked on first and the rest will follow that order. Unless there’s a rush fee applied, the order will not be changed.

3. Refunds MUST be discussed with me, privately, prior to one being given. Reasons include:

-Refunds (full or partial) will only be given if:

The commissioner requests a full refund after 1 month of waiting for their commission to be started but it has not been started. (the exception being if there is a queue of 5 or more commissions in front of them in my work queue.)

-The commissioner has not had any updates or communication regarding their commission after 1 month from payment. Full refund will be given.

-The commissioner is genuinely unhappy with their commission (a partial refund will be given, or the work re-done) (specific reasons must be given)

-I cannot start/complete the commission for whatever reason, whether it be personal problems, lack of skill, or a difficult commissioner to work with (a full refund will be given if I haven’t started, I will give a partial refund if I have started work.).

-A partial, 50% refund will be given if, at any point, you cancel your commission from me and I have already started work on it.

​I have the right to cancel a commission and give a full or partial refund at any time for any reason. Full refunds will only be given in cases where the work has not been started. Otherwise a partial refund will be given depending on how far I’ve gotten with the image. The money I keep from a partial refund is to compensate for time I spent working on the commission.

4. Exact payment is due upfront. To avoid scammers, paying for your commission full price before I start working on it is required. No exceptions.

5. ID is required for NSFW Art. You must have a legible ID and photo of yourself to prove you are over 18 to purchase any NSFW art from me. No exceptions.

6. Exact and clear references only. Clear and legible references for your commission required, so no mistakes and colors are details are made. Detailed descriptions are allowed, but reference pictures are required. You don’t have to be an artist, just as long as I understand what you want.

7. Changes are only allowed to be made in the sketching stage. During the sketching stage, you can make as many changes as you like. No adjustments or changes are allowed in the line-art stage, coloring stage, or shading stage.

8. I Post Finished Pieces. I have social media accounts where I posted my finished work and commissions. If you do not want them to be posted, you have to tell me you don’t want it posted. Otherwise, it will be scheduled to be posted with your tag of ownership.
